The ultimate aim of any high-end hi-fi cable is to convey music exactly the way it was recorded. Even the most subtle musical timbres need to be preserved in their original form. The ViaBlue NF-S1 achieves this goal with precision, transmitting all frequencies genuinely and accurately. By combining several premium materials, the NF-S1 produces transparent sonic imaging, clean bass, and an exceptionally detailed high-frequency response.
Designed for connecting devices with Mini Stereo output to RCA input, the NF-S1 features two internal conductors made of tinned OFC copper, each consisting of 19 strands of 0.19mm wire. These are insulated with polyethylene for optimal signal integrity. Shielding is provided by ViaBlue’s Quattro Silver system, composed of two silvered spiral shields and two ALU-PET foil shields, effectively eliminating interference. A PTFE (Teflon) dielectric layer further reduces signal degradation.
This cable is customized with ViaBlue™ T8 RCA and jack plugs, plated in 24-carat real gold to ensure optimal contact pressure and reliable conductivity. Additional components include the integrated ViaBlue™ Ferrite Filter 9 to eliminate high-frequency noise and the ViaBlue™ Y-splitter for clean, organized cable routing. The outer Cobra braided sleeve provides added durability and visual appeal. Like all ViaBlue cables, the NF-S1 is handcrafted in Germany to the highest standards of performance and quality.
