The Triangle Solstice 3 is a premium 2-way bookshelf speaker designed to deliver the scale, energy, and spacious presentation of a larger loudspeaker from a comparatively compact enclosure. Suitable for dedicated stereo listening and home theater applications, it produces a balanced and expressive sound with natural vocals, clearly defined instruments, and controlled low-frequency output. Its 90dB sensitivity and amplifier recommendation of 25 to 130 watts per channel allow it to integrate effectively with a broad range of integrated amplifiers, receivers, and separate power amplifiers.

High frequencies are reproduced by Triangle’s TZ2540MG tweeter, which combines a 25mm magnesium-alloy dome with an improved phase plug and barrel-shaped horn. This design promotes broader high-frequency dispersion and an open listening field, while the 160mm natural-cellulose midwoofer provides responsive dynamics and realistic tonal character. A specially developed die-cast aluminum basket creates a rigid mounting structure, and Triangle’s DVAS system helps absorb driver-generated vibration for improved clarity and detail.

The Solstice 3 cabinet rests on a multifunction base constructed from a cast-iron honeycomb structure covered with silicone. This dual-material design helps mechanically decouple the enclosure while concealing a laminar bass-reflex port that reduces turbulence and supports controlled bass reproduction. The base also tilts the speaker backward by two degrees to optimize directionality and expand the listening area. When partnered with the optional S05 stands, the Solstice 3 is designed for rooms measuring approximately 10 to 35 square meters and can serve as a main stereo speaker, compact front channel, or high-performance surround speaker.
