The NuPrime DAC-10H is a reference-class DAC, preamp, and headphone amplifier in a compact chassis. Built around the ESS Sabre ES9018 DAC, it supports PCM up to 384kHz and DSD256. Volume control is via precision stepped thin-film resistor ladder with 99 steps at 0.5dB increments. Headphone outputs include both balanced and single-ended with multiple gain options. Buffered by low-noise JFETs, toroidal supply power, remote control, and both analog and digital I/O—this is audiophile performance in a sleek, modern design.
