The Nitty Gritty Record Master 2 is a manually operated vacuum record cleaning machine designed for vinyl enthusiasts who want direct control over each stage of the cleaning process. The user applies the cleaning fluid, brushes the record surface, and rotates the platter manually while the vacuum system removes contaminated fluid and loosened debris from the grooves.
A built-in adapter expands the Record Master 2's versatility by accommodating LPs as well as 45 and 78 RPM records. This makes the system particularly useful for collections containing multiple record sizes and formats. The cleaning process combines fluid application, physical scrubbing, and vacuum extraction to remove the used cleaning solution rather than allowing contaminants and residue to remain on the record surface.
The Record Master 2 distinguishes itself from the black-cabinet Record Master 1 with its solid oak cabinet, providing a more traditional premium appearance while retaining the same hands-on cleaning philosophy. The system measures approximately 15" x 9" x 8.5" and includes cleaning tools and separate PURE 1 and PURE 2 solutions for working with different record materials and formats.

The velvet vacuum slot liner (VAC-SWEEP™) and the rubber drive wheel (capstan) are warrantied for a period of 90 days. The warranty for commercial,industrial, and rental users is limited to 90 days. |
