Future Automation - AV Rack Termination Enclosure (RTE)
The Future Automation RTE Rack Termination Enclosure is a high-quality in-wall solution designed to simplify and organize cable terminations for professional audiovisual rack installations. It fits within standard 14" (16" center) framing and is less than 97 mm (4") deep. The RTE provides a clean, efficient way to integrate that improves both installation speed and long-term system reliability.
Designed with installers in mind, the RTE includes central cable trunking with plenty of internal space for managing looms. It also offers upper cover cable tie points to secure incoming and outgoing cables. Tool-free access is built into the upper cover, which removes easily, and the front cover hooks off without any tools. Hinged connector hatches can open up to 90° and stay shut with magnets for quick, easy access to connections and cabling.
Two enclosure size the RTE4 and RTE7 come with a range of included termination plates, including keystone and audio plates as well as blanking plates, with additional optional plates available separately. The robust powder-coated finish and modular design ensure a professional fit and finish that complements high-end AV rack installations, making the RTE an ideal choice for residential, commercial, or bespoke AV system projects where tidy, accessible termination space is essential.
