ELAC -IC-VS6-B 6.5" Passive In-Ceiling Speaker (Single)
The ELAC IC-VS6-B Vertex In-Ceiling Subwoofer is designed for custom installations where low-frequency reinforcement is needed without placing a traditional subwoofer in the room. Its in-ceiling design installs between standard ceiling joists and uses a port opening that can be trimmed out to better match modern room aesthetics.
Inside the enclosure, a 6.5" dual voice coil woofer delivers bass support from a compact form factor. The bandpass design vents through a flexible port tube, which helps simplify placement while remaining rigid enough to reduce port noise caused by wind turbulence.
The IC-VS6-B is sonically matched to ELAC IC-V31 speakers, creating a discreet ceiling speaker system that can visually complement small aperture lighting. It can also be used with other speaker systems that need added low-frequency support, making it a practical solution for distributed audio, media rooms, and design-conscious installations.
