Clarus Cable - CAS - Aqua Mk II RCA Subwoofer Cable (Single)
Clarus Cable - CAS - Aqua Mk II RCA Subwoofer Cable (Single)
Clarus Aqua audio cables provide the same unique performance features found in their Crimson products, but are designed with slightly smaller wire gauges. Like the Crimson line, Aqua cables feature a multi-gauge design using three different-shaped conductors - each individually insulated - resulting in superior bass, midrange and high frequencies for superior imaging and maximum definition across the sound spectrum. Sound clarity is enhanced through the use of ultra-low-distortion PCOCC conductors. The use of precision-formulated polyethylene (PE) insulation results in low loss, superior imaging and maximum sound definition. No other audiophile-grade cables on the market offer the patented design breakthroughs and sound reproduction of Clarus Aqua.
Almost all AV Receivers and Pre-Amps will feature an LFE (Low Frequency Effects) output. The LFE channel is a mono signal that is already filtered before the signal is sent to the Subwoofer. Subwoofers equipped with an LFE mode will have the left input marked LFE.
Clarus Subwoofer cables are optimally designed for low frequencies. High frequencies, in general are rolled off as much as possible, as these would simply represent noise in this type of cable. The cable geometry chosen for the Clarus subwoofer cables is a multi-gauge twisted-pair design. Multi-gauge conductors create a more dimensional bass sound while twisted-pair geometry gives the greatest noise reduction at low frequencies and tends to sound more natural. Try a Clarus subwoofer cable and you will experience a rich blooming multi-dimensional bass.
