The Canton Reference 5 is a high-end 3-way floorstanding speaker engineered for powerful dynamics, precise imaging, and natural musical reproduction. Two 6.9" BCT woofers work with Canton's down-firing Bass Guide system to produce deep, controlled low frequencies while allowing greater flexibility in room placement.
A dedicated 6.9" BCT midrange driver operates in its own enclosure to deliver clear vocals and finely resolved instrumental detail. The 1" BC ceramic dome tweeter completes the frequency range with smooth, homogeneous highs, while Wave Surround 3.0 technology helps the larger drivers maintain precise transient response at high listening levels.
The curved multilayer cabinet is designed to increase rigidity and reduce unwanted resonance. WBT nextgen terminals support bi-wiring and bi-amping, while Canton's Room Compensation controls allow the midrange and treble levels to be adjusted in ±1.5dB steps. Available in Black Piano, White Satin, and Walnut finishes, the Reference 5 combines German craftsmanship with refined high-end performance.
