The Bryston 7B Cubed 2.0 is a high-powered monaural amplifier engineered for loudspeakers that demand exceptional current, control, and dynamic headroom. Delivering 600 watts into 8 Ohms and up to 900 watts into 4 Ohms, each 7B is dedicated to a single audio channel for uncompromised power delivery. At the heart of the amplifier is a specially wound, highly efficient transformer designed to provide the substantial energy reserves required for demanding speaker loads while preserving fine detail during quieter listening.

Bryston's patented Salomie circuitry is designed to minimize distortion at the amplifier's input stage while improving rejection of common-mode and externally induced noise. The Cubed architecture also employs Bryston's Quad-Complementary output topology, developed to improve linearity, transient response, and bandwidth while reducing higher-order harmonic and crossover distortion. Balanced XLR and single-ended RCA connections accommodate a wide range of preamplifiers, while switchable 23dB and 29dB gain further improves system-matching flexibility.

Designed for long-term reliability as well as high output, the 7B Cubed 2.0 uses substantial passive heat sinks for completely fanless convection cooling. A microprocessor-controlled SoftStart circuit manages startup current, while DC trigger connectivity allows the amplifier to power on and off as part of an integrated audio system. Machined and anodized aluminum construction, multiple consumer and professional faceplate configurations, Canadian manufacturing, and Bryston's extensive factory testing complete a monoblock amplifier designed for reference-level stereo and high-performance home audio systems.
