The Beyerdynamic DT 280 MKII Single Ear Headset is engineered for professional broadcasting and communications where clear monitoring and intelligible speech are mandatory. Its closed-back dynamic headphone section delivers precise, balanced sound with excellent isolation, supported by an efficient neodymium magnet system and a wide 10Hz–30,000Hz response. Soft circumaural earpads and an adjustable padded headband provide long-wear comfort for producers, commentators, and operators.
A hypercardioid dynamic microphone on a flexible, pivotable gooseneck captures voice with high gain-before-feedback and reduced ambient pickup. The single-sided, plug-in cable interface streamlines routing, while the reversible mic mount lets users position the boom left or right. Serviceability is built in, with user-replaceable pads, headband, and microphone components for long product life in demanding environments.
