The AMC XOi is a 4-zone audio/video matrix system designed to distribute high-quality audio and video across multiple rooms. It supports four local and four remote sources, providing flexibility in input selection for each zone. Installation is streamlined using only RJ45 and speaker wires, facilitating straightforward connectivity between the main unit and individual zones.

Each zone features independent volume and tone controls, allowing personalized audio settings to suit individual preferences. The system employs AMC's proprietary two-way digital data communication, ensuring reliable interaction between the main unit and keypads in all zones. Additionally, the XOi includes four 38kHz and four 56kHz IR outputs on the rear panel, enabling seamless integration with various remote control systems.

Optional features such as the doorbell and telephone mute system (PDM1) and RS232 interface for integration with other systems enhance the XOi's versatility in smart home environments. Designed to work with the XK1 keypad wall-mounted zone controllers and XS1 keypad wall-mounted remote source units (available separately), the XOi offers a comprehensive solution for multi-room audio and video distribution.
