Advance Paris ACD Apex CD Player is designed as the matching disc source for the Apex integrated amplifier range. Built for listeners who still value a dedicated CD collection, it gives physical media a refined playback path with both analog and digital output options. Its 30th Edition black finish pairs naturally with the A8 Apex, A10 Apex, and A12 Apex amplifiers, creating a clean system look for a modern hi-fi rack.
The ACD Apex uses Raytheon 5744 NOS micro-tubes for its analog outputs, giving both the RCA and balanced XLR connections a warmer, more musical character. A WM8761 DAC handles digital-to-analog conversion, while TOSLINK optical and RCA coaxial outputs allow the player to feed an external DAC or a digital input on a compatible integrated amplifier. The front USB input adds simple playback for MP3 and FLAC files at 16-bit/44kHz, making the ACD Apex more flexible than a basic disc-only source.
