SoundApproach.com is an authorized dealer for the items we sell.

All the products have full manufacturer warranties. Please check the item you are purchasing with the manufacturer to see length of warranty on that product. We will assist with any warranty issues as much as possible. If you have a warranty issue within 15 days of receiving your item, please contact us immediately. Most manufacturers will accept exchanges within 30 days of purchase but you have to return it to us within 15 days so we can process the exchange.

We offer a 30 day limited warranty against defects. Our 30 day limited warranty is a defective exchange policy that provides for either repair or replacement (at our discretion) of merchandise that has been confirmed as defective by either the manufacturer or SoundApproach.

After 30 days the product manufacturer warranty is the only warranty in effect. Terms and conditions may vary by product or manufacturer. SoundApproach.com will assist customers whenever possible in gaining satisfaction with product manufacturers. For assistance or to exchange a defective product- please contact us to get a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Products returned for exchange must be in new condition, original packaging and include all manuals, cables, registration cards, packing materials and other accessories and be received within 30 days of the invoice date. We reserve the right to refuse for return or charge a restocking fee for damaged or incomplete returns.

No returns will be accepted without an RMA number issued by SoundApproach.com




Extended Warranty offered by Sound Approach

The Repair Master Program:
  • Provides complete coverage up to 5 years except projectors
  • Fully insured for parts and labor
  • Toll free 800 number for questions, registration or if the product needs repair
  • Nation Wide service network
  • Repair or replace promise
  • No deductibles or hidden charges
  • Remote control coverage if the remote came with the product
  • Premiums based on the dollar amount of the product excluding tax and delivery
  • The Repair Master Extended Warranty plan mirrors the manufacturer’s warranty in its coverage; covering all that the manufacturer covers
  • Date of Purchase Contracts – Protection begins at the date of purchase of the product and continues for the term of the protection purchased. Should your product need repair, simply call a toll free number. If the product is still covered by the manufacturer you may be directed to contact the manufacturer prior to being referred to an authorized service center
  • Extensions – Extensions begin at the conclusion of the shortest portion of the manufacturer’s warranty. If the manufacturer’s warranty were 90 days labor and 1 (one) year parts, the extended warranty would begin on the 91st day and continue for the duration of the warranty period
  • Warranty protection can be purchased on a product purchased elsewhere as long as it has 90 days left on its original warranty of 12 months, or at least 30 days left on original warranty of 90 days
  • Transferable

Once you have purchased your extended warranty, you will receive a complete packet of information and registration instructions from Repair Master.
