By using this "Site" (SoundApproach.com), you agree to the following terms of use. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use this Site. SoundApproach.com reserves the right, at any time, to modify, alter, or update these Terms of Use. By accepting our terms of use, you agree to be bound by such modifications, alterations, or updates.
Your Privacy & Security is Important to Us
SoundApproach.com is committed to protecting the privacy of your personal information- so you can shop with confidence. To protect the information you send from your computer to SoundApproach.com (name, address, phone number, credit card data, etc.) it is encrypted using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software.
Internally, we use encryption and Web security technologies to protect the privacy of your personal data. Only parties responsible for processing your order (Credit Card Gateway) have access to your credit card and bank information.
Once we send your name, address, and credit card information to your credit card company- your credit card data is then removed from our system. Your name and address will still be stored on our system for future use by you to securely log in and review previously placed orders, or to place a new order.
We may request personal information, including your name, shipping address, telephone number, e-mail address, billing address, credit card number, and expiration date. We collect that information in order to:
Process an order
Verify your identity for payment authorization
Contact you regarding your order status
Ship your order to you
Generate anonymous statistics
Your name and address will not be used for any other purpose than delivery of your order. Your name and address will not be sold to mailing-list firms.
Any information (buying habits, personal information, emails, etc.) collected on this site will be held in strict confidence. We will ever conceal and never reveal any information unless men in dark suits come to our warehouse with a legal document stating otherwise.

Return Policy
Since 1972 Sound Approach has backed all items that we sell. If the product you have purchased is not right for you, let us know. We strive to find the right product for your unique situation. We will work with you to find a sound solution and recommend a product to resolve your issue. That being said, we will credit, refund, or exchange any product you purchase within 30 days of your purchase- based on the three conditions below:
Four Important Conditions: 1. We need to get the original box, manuals, and any materials that came with the product for you to receive a full refund- with no re-stocking charges. The item/product must still be in like-new condition.
2. If the item had Free Shipping and you are returning a non-defective product, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the total that will be refunded back.
3. Special Ordered items are not returnable (see below)
4. Once an RMA is issued- it is valid for 10 business days. After 10 days, the RMA is canceled and returns will not be accepted.
Shipping and handling charges cannot be reimbursed unless it is our mistake. Yes, we can make mistakes – not often, but it can happen.
International Orders
Be advised, International orders have a longer delay in shipping- especially for first time clients. We have to do our due diligence to verify & validate overseas orders. Fraud is always a potential issue, and we sometimes have to take additional security checks.
All International shipping is from our Virginia warehouse. So if a product is held in a different warehouse- it will be shipped to our Newport News, Virginia warehouse- then it will be shipped overseas. So, there can be a delay in foreign shipments.
International returns: all postage is your responsibility & not refundable.
International duties, customs, & fees are paid by you- the buyer. SoundApproach.com is not responsible for any fees and/or charges arising shipping products to a Country outside of the United States.
Special Orders
Any product that is marked as, and sold with the "Special Order" designation is not returnable. We will only exchange a damaged, faulty, or non-working item with a replacement. There are no exceptions. Special orders usually are custom-made cables, products, or modified for your specific needs (i.e. 220v for European clients).
We reserve the right to cancel any order
We require all orders to be placed in good faith. That being said, all information (address, phone, email, etc,) provided must be current and without errors. We reserve the right to cancel- and void any transaction on our site if we feel it is a fraudulent order. All orders placed go through a stringent fraud and security check. If an order cannot be verified as being legitimate- we will cancel the order. And, if we deem necessary- notify the issuing credit card company to alert them of a potential data compromise.

We may disclose personal information when required by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary in order to conform to the edicts of the law, or to comply with a legal process served on our Web site.

Credit Card Payment Notice
When you place your order with SoundApproach.com we will bill your credit card the same day. Most orders ship in 1-3 business days. If there is a longer delay we usually contact you to advise. Our goal is to provide you a positive shopping experience as we want to retain your customer loyalty for the long term. We treat our clients as we would want to be treated.
