SoundApproach.com is an e-commerce superstore that specializes in a wide-range of home electronic and audio industry equipment. SoundApproach is driven by a team of eclectic individuals that have years of experience in the home entertainment industry. What is SETI?
SETI is short for the Search for Extraterrestrial Intelligence. SETI@home is an internet-based public volunteering computing project hosted by University of California, Berkeley. It uses computers connected to the internet to analyze radio signals received from Arecibo Observatory (in Puerto Rico). Have you ever seen the movie 'Contact'? Arecibo was featured in that film and the same concept of using Radio Telescope technology to find other life forms in the Universe applies.
