We are in Indianapolis for CEDIA! This is a great town, and has a lot of character! It is a great time to spend looking at the new products and items coming to the consumer market. Wonder what new "toys" will be found? URC has released their new waterproof remote- which many of our client's can use from their pool.

The new layout of our site is now active! We have tried to make the product pages easy & intuitive- and there is a new compare feature. A lot of time has been spent in development- so we hope the new feel resonates well with our clients.
There will be more changes coming in the next couple of months. Look for faster page loads and a new account manager section to monitor & view all orders. Send us any thoughts or ideas you have to make the site more to your liking. We promise to be gentle if we think it is a dumb idea. We won't bite, we swear.

We are growing again! Our newest employee, Jon, started today. He will fill a need in handling online sales and working with our product lines.
He brings a well rounded skill-set to our group, as we begin to diversify our business model. We hope for long-term success with him on our team. Welcome aboard Jon!

We have begun a major website update. New changes coming will include a new checkout module (for easier & quicker ordering), new product layout page (a cleaner look & feel), better email notification system, and numerous smaller changes.
They say change is good... we agree. And, hope our clients will find the new changes positive.

We had our group return from Las Vegas after being at CES for the past week. The event was a great success for us- and we have acquired many new product lines! It was good to meet with a lot of our vendors and importers so we could see & hear the new audiophile products. This year the attendance was up from the past several years- so hopefully this will bode well for us in 2011.
We want to say thanks to everyone we met there and for making CES 2011 a great event!

We are going to the Consumer Electronic Show (CES) in Vegas! We will be there between January 4-10. If you are going to be there, and would like to meet us- call our office to schedule an appointment.
This is one of our favorite conventions, as we get to see & touch all the new products. Last year we acquired about a dozen new audiophile product lines. If you are a distributor or manufacturer let us know if you would like for us to stop by and see your product line.

WVEC, a local news station, sent a satelitte truck and did a live newscast from our location last week! All because Abbey, our office mascot, dicovered the "alien pod" in the pond as she was out for a walk. The story has grown and been featured on websites all around the world- even on an office favorite: Fark.com!

We discovered an "alien pod" floating in the pond behind our office. Curious, and not knowing what it was, we contacted the Virginia Institute of Marine Sciences (VIMS) who then concluded it was not an alien life form- and they did a "news alert" update on their website.
The next thing we knew, the story got picked up on websites around the world and was even a topic of conversation on one of our local FM radio stations! Long live the "alien pod"... okay, the Pectinatella magnifica — aka the "magnificent bryozoan".

We will be attending Rocky Mountain Audio Fest! The show will be October 15-17, 2010 in Colorado. If you are planning on attending, let us know and we can setup a meeting time. There will be a lot of unique audiophile equipment on display. We hope to find some new product lines for our website, and see some of the new stuff coming for next year!

We have launched our News Feed 2.0 today! After much planning and testing it is now live! We hope that the new feautre will be a useful tool to discuss current topics and everything audio/video. We hope it will be the first step in building an online community for audiophiles, and fans of home electronic equipment.

Just in time for Spring, the Kiwi has a new audiophile friend. We hope "Bombus, the Bumblebee" will find his place on our site. The Kiwi will just have to learn to play nice with others.

CES 2010 was a complete success for us. Three of our team members made it out to Las Vegas and we secured the rights to about a dozen new product lines! We will be busy adding the new content over the coming weeks. The attendance seemed to be a little down from last year, but it still good considering the current state of the economy. The big media push in video was the hype of 3D viewing at home. We'll see how this technology progresses. Wearing glasses to watch TV does not make the Kiwi happy.
It was a good six days in Vegas for our team. The high-tech future looks bright, as we live in an interesting time.

We have made the transition over to the new web server. The IT Department was kept busy as this occurred in the dead of night. Thanks to Kavita & Umesh for making this move almost seamless.
